Versailles Home Fashions Inc. was formed in 1987 with the purchase of the Le Boisier Wood Pole Division of Gauvreau Beaudry Ltd. Two years later Draco's Bois Chatel wood pole line was acquired, quickly making Versailles a leader in this category.

Since then Versailles has grown to be a major importer of drapery hardware including wood and metal rod sets, bamboo window products, tie-backs as well as holdbacks from around the globe.

Versailles has invested heavily in the latest technology to allow for paperless business transactions using EDI. Many of Canada's largest retailers, plus specialty and independant stocking retailers, home centres, and distributors are included in our customer base.

In the United States, Versailles services major retail chains, catalogues and independant retailers. Permanent showrooms are maintained in New York and Toronto as well as at the head office in Anjou, on the east side of Montreal.
